Pool Rules

  1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  2. The pool is for Strawberry Acres homeowners and their guests only.
    * A guest must be accompanied by homeowner/member.
    * Guests are limited to no more than 4 at any one time. *See note
    * No large or weekly groups.
  3. No persons under the age of 16 years old are allowed without the accompaniment of an adult 18 years or older.
    * A homeowner/member can designate an adult to accompany smaller children (babysitter, etc.) if listed on key registration form. Must be 18 or older.
  4. No swearing, excessive noise, aggressive behavior and no large float toys.
  5. No pets of any kind, no food, no smoking and no alcohol allowed in enclosed pool area at anytime. No glass containers.
    * Picnic area is provided.
  6. Swim suits and swim shirts only NO REGULAR STREET CLOTHING IN POOL.
    * Regular street clothing carries dye and laundry detergent particles that unbalance pool chemicals.
  7. No running, shoving, fighting, jumping off deck furniture or buildings..
  8. Each homeowner/member is responsible and liable for the safety and conduct of family and guests..
  9. Trash belongs in the trash can. No diapers in the pool, swim panties only and they need to be put in the trash. Particles from diapers clog the filter. Please pick up trash and dispose of properly.

VIOLATIONS OF POOL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE SUSPENSION OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR HOMEOWNER/MEMBER AS WELL AS THEIR FAMILY.

* Note to address overcrowding at the pool, each homeowner/member is limited to no more than 4 guests at any one time, in fact smaller groups would be appreciated. This will keep usage primarily for Strawberry Acres homeowners to enjoy the amenity they are paying for as well as better control chemicals, utilities, cleanliness and the life of our pool.

Pool Waiver

I understand that the swimming pool is for the use of homeowners in Strawberry Acres, their family members, tenants and guests. I have received a copy of the pool rules pertaining to the swimming pool and do hereby agree to abide by these rules as well as the following:

  1. I am at least 18 years old.
  2. I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool and that all users
    (including children & guests), are swimming at their own risk. Resident assumes the risk & liability for himself/herself and all guests of using the swimming pool without a lifeguard.
  3. I will not allow anyone else to use my key in order to gain access to the swimming pool.
  4. I agree that I or an appointed guardian will be personally present at all times when a member of my family under the age of 14 years is using or occupying the swimming pool. I will also be present when guests are using or occupying the swimming pool.
  5. I will not, nor will my family members, tenants, or guests, tamper with the lock on the gate, prop the gate open, or take any other actions, which would allow free access to the swimming pool by any person.
  6. I will not cause my key to be duplicated or allow anyone else to duplicate my key.
  7. I am aware that I will be assigned one (1) key. A replacement key due to loss or theft will result in a cost of $100.00 for replacement.
  8. I agree that any violation of the pool rules may result in the loss of my privileges to use the swimming pool.
